Doraemon has been selected as the featured contestant in the Galaxy Car Race, in which to grant a wish for the first prize winner. Nobi and Doraemon compete as a pair, with Nobi planning to wish an ear to Doraemon (who is saddened to have no ears) if they win. His arch rival is the flamboyant, handsome robot-cat racer Devlin, who ruthlessly teases Doraemon for not having ears, but Devlin might not be the one he really needs to worry about.
