Jester-Sama was seen enjoying his time running his amusement park business and playing with his money while taking a nice excursion when Putera came to his office. He was telling Jester-sama that if he put the entire amusement park on an airship, it would become an "airship amusement park". And the author of the brilliant idea is the heir to the "Kony Amusement Park". Jester-Sama asks Putera how they can do it. He smells his money and considers it the best. If he wants to come to "Jester Land", the money will come 100 percent. For the project to develop, it must be brought into the 21st century. Putera considers a good idea and leaves the office. He arrives in a 21st century duck-like ship and enters Connie's Airship Amusement Park with his robo-wheeled jester. He heads to the control center and attacks Doraemon and the others, but they escape. His robo-wheeled jester follows them. One of his clown soldiers said that they failed to capture him. Jester-Sama called him useless for his failure and asked what Putera had done. Connie explained that Jester-Sama is an enemy who can do anything for money by stealing others' ideas or scamming other parks. If an airship hijacking occurs, it is impossible for the police to notice.When Doraemon and the others captured, he stood on top of the merry-go-around, swinging his flaming stick and saying "checkmate." Connie asked Jester-Sama what he was going to do with his amusement park. He explains that ever since the park is open, all his guests and they have thought that everything here must belong to him. If he doesn't do this, he won't sleep at night. But, it is also very sad when he thinks of the children who come to play to spend money. He always thinks of his guests before doing anything. Because the money that the guests spend is also theirs. Without seeing her, Doraemon tries to get out of the rope with which his clowns bind him and the others. So it is a request to consider it. He asked her if he agreed to give her the park like his father. Suddenly, the plane collides with Prakash and the others are injured. After that, Doraemon is freed and others. However, Jester-Sama and Putera did not die from it. The weather changed and it started raining. The other learns that the airship begins to accelerate and loses control. Connie tells the others to come back to the control room and she will come up with a solution. Unfortunately, Jester-Sama stands in front of him. He asked her to stay away and he doesn't have time for that. He says "retire" instead and runs away crying like a baby. Putera runs after him.
They don't know what's wrong with him, but they shouldn't bother with him and go for the control room. Jester-Sama and Putera run back to their ship. Jester-Sama tells Putera to hurry. Putera asked Jester-sama how about the Airship Amusement Park and Jester-sama said it was no longer necessary. Putera said he sent a lot because of it. Jester-Sama angrily asked Putera if having a crown like him was not a waste of money. Putera receives money from Jester-sama and tells him that he must get Jester-sama back safely. And he does. Jester-Sama said that he would achieve two goals with one attempt. Suddenly, Robo-Jester wakes up, jumps off the airship on Jester-Sama's duck-like ship and piles up. This causes the ship to fall into the lake below to control the balance. A few months later, they are seen to have survived the crash and Jester-sama makes a 30-minute cycle tour of his damaged duck-like ship for 500 yen, while Putera starts a clown show. Jester-Sama also wants to get out of here.
