Goodbye, Nobita! Doraemon, Goes Back To The Future ... (のび太たくん、さようなら！ドラえもん、未み来らいに帰かえる...Nobitakun, Sayanara! Doraemon, mirai e kaeru…) is an episode of the 2005 anime. This is the first birthday special for Doraemon and Dorami's first appearance in the 2005 anime. Additionally, this is the second hour-long episode after eight days in the Dragon King's palace.

The episode is based on two manga chapters - Doraemon's Feeling Down and Inventing with the Inventing Machine. Dorami appears in both chapters, which were first adapted in 1981 (as I Hate Doraemon!?) and 1982, respectively.

Nobita uses a gadget from Doraemon to hide all his test papers. However, all the paper flies out and about the streets when they are told to run away when Mama comes, and so Nobita puts the blame on Doraemon. They quarrel. Doraemon's younger sister, Doraemon, falls from the roof and falls on Doraemon when she walks out of such a high area, and is warned. Doraemon and Dorami are siblings, as they share oil from the same can. The day after Doraemi introduces Nobita's parents and friends, Doraemon tells him what happened to Nobita and learns they are still fighting.

The next day, Doraemon wakes up late and learns that Doraemi woke Nobita to school. He also learns that a concerned sevashi sent him to help his brother take care of Nobita. Mom is shocked when she learns that Dorami helped her with the laundry. Still worried about Nobita, Doraemon flies to school, Doraemi tags along. They see Nobita trailing on the track and Dorami secretly puts on Nobita's Self Confidence Helmet to muster up the courage and finish the sprint. Assured, Doraemon leaves Dorami to take care of Nobita and returns home, but receives a call from Sewashi, asking him to return in the future.
